I have extensive experience developing, writing, and assessing instructional content for software and
hardware products. My work with development teams has provided me with the know-how and attitude
to work in high paced, deadline driven environments independently and on teams.
While writing and managing writing projects have been my primary responsibilities, I also managed policy and procedure improvement efforts as a member of implementation and quality steering teams. My graduate work in adult education, curriculum and instruction provides me the knowlegde and skill to evaluate and improve program effectiveness relevant to your organizational strategies and goals.
